Ingredients

4 thick cut boneless pork chops about 1″ thick room temperature

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1½ teaspoons seasoning salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon ground mustard

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat air fryer to 380℉

Step 2

Trim fat or make a few slices through the fat strip on each pork chop with a sharp knife (this will prevent them from curling up).

Step 3

Drizzle oil on pork chops. Combine brown sugar, seasoning salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, ground mustard, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle evenly over pork chops.

Step 4

Spray basket of air fryer with non-aerosol cooking spray (or brush lightly with additional oil)

Step 5

Place seasoned pork chops in basket and cook for 10-15 minutes. (*Note that thinner pork chops will cook more quickly. Check the temperature at the 10 minute mark — if they are nearing 145 degrees F then cook just a couple minutes more. The cook time will depend on the thickness of your pork chops)

Step 6

Serve hot with your choice of sides.
