Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings
This recipe is a virtual dump it into the crock pot and leave it for 6 hrs. Add the finishing touches and in 30 minutes supper is ready. I tasted this at a parent teacher meeting (like a PTA) and it was fantastic. I shared it with my family and have gotten great reviews.

Ingredients
4-5 skinless chicken breasts, cut up into small pieces
2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 onion, diced
1 c water
2 Tbsp chicken bullion
1 pkg frozen peas and carrots
1 can diced potatoes (or 2 large potatoes)
2 pkg 10 ounce refrigerator biscuts for later.
Instructions
Combine everything in crock pot except biscuits. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
40 minutes before serving turn crock pot to high. Tear or cut biscuits into one inch pieces and trow into mixture, stirring gently. Cover and cook and additional 30 minutes or until biscuit dough fluffs up.
