Ingredients
2 cups vanilla ice cream (4 to 5 scoops)
1/3 cup whole milk
1 cup halved fresh strawberries (or frozen, thawed), plus whole strawberries for garnish
2 cups cut up angel food cake (plus a couple slices for topping)
2 ounces amaretto liqueur
1 & 1/2 ounces Smirnoff Whipped Vodka or Cake vodka (see note below)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
whipped cream , for topping
Instructions
In a large blender, dump in the ice cream, milk, strawberries, angel food cake, amaretto, and vodka. Blend on high until incorporated and smooth.
Pour into 2 large milkshake glasses (or 4 small glasses.)
Top with a thin slice of angel food cake, pipe some fresh whipped cream on top. Garnish with a fresh strawberries.
