Ingredients

1 cup raw unsalted cashew (130 g), soaked in water for 3 hours

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1 tablespoon neutral oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Soak cashews in water for 3 hours or over night.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until fully incorporated and smooth.
