1 cup self-rising flour (125 g)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
ΒΌ cup butter (50 g), melted
1 cup milk (240 mL)
Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in the microwave in 15-second intervals.
Step 2
Sift flour, sugar and baking soda together into a large bowl.
Step 3
Mix eggs, milk and butter in a separate bowl and add to dry ingredients.
Step 4
Cook pancakes in a frying pan on medium heat.
Step 5
Serve with whipped cream and maple syrup.
