Catalina Salad Dressing

Ingredients
3 tablespoons onion, minced
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons honey
½ cup ketchup (120 g)
½ cup red wine vinegar (120 mL)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
½ cup canola oil (120 mL)
Instructions
Add the ingredients into a mason jar. Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously.
The dressing can remain in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
