Ingredients
1 pound jumbo shrimp thaw completely if using frozen
2 tablespoons fajita seasoning divided, see note below for instructions to make your own
1/2 cup chicken broth
8 ounces diced green chiles
2 cloves garlic minced
juice of half a lime
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 red onion

Instructions
Add shrimp, 1 Tablespoon of fajita seasoning, chicken broth, green chiles, garlic, and lime juice to a ziplock bag or airtight container. Toss to combine. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.
While shrimp is marinating, thinly slice peppers and onions.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain marinade off the shrimp and place the shrimp in the skillet. Cook until just pink.
Add peppers and onions and cook until the veggies soften. Stirring often.
Serve on flour tortillas with your favorite toppings.
